Middlesex County is a rural county located in the eastern part of Virginia, USA. It is bordered by the Rappahannock River to the north and the Chesapeake Bay to the east. The county seat is Saluda, and other towns include Urbanna, Hartfield, and Deltaville. The county has a total area of 246 square miles, with a population of approximately 10,000 people.
