Midway, Utah is a small town located in Wasatch County, Utah. It is situated in the Heber Valley, just south of the Wasatch Mountains and east of the Jordanelle Reservoir. The town has a population of approximately 5,000 people and is known for its rural charm and outdoor recreation opportunities.
The town was founded in 1859 by Mormon pioneers who were sent to settle the area by Brigham Young. The town was named after its location halfway between Salt Lake City and Heber City. Midway has since become a popular destination for tourists looking to explore the nearby mountains and reservoirs.
