Taylor, Texas Description

Taylor, Texas is a small city located in Williamson County, about 30 miles northeast of Austin. It has a population of about 16,000 people and is known for its historic downtown area. The city was founded in 1876 and named after Edward Moses Taylor, who was an early settler in the area.

The downtown area of Taylor is full of historic buildings and homes that have been preserved over the years. There are several restaurants, shops, and other businesses located in the downtown area. The city also has several parks and recreational areas for residents to enjoy.
