Odessa, Texas is a vibrant city located in the heart of West Texas. It is the county seat of Ector County and has a population of around 119,000 people. The city is known for its oil industry, which has been a major part of the local economy since the early 1900s. Odessa is also home to several universities and colleges, including University of Texas Permian Basin and Odessa College.
The city has a rich cultural heritage with many attractions to explore. The Ellen Noel Art Museum showcases works from local and international artists, while the Presidential Museum & Leadership Library offers an insight into the history of US presidents.
