Horizon City is a city located in El Paso County, Texas, United States. It is part of the El Paso Metropolitan Statistical Area and is located on the far east side of the city. The population was estimated to be at 24,837 in 2019.
The city was founded in 1959 and has since grown to become one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. Horizon City is known for its diverse culture and vibrant economy. The city has a variety of businesses ranging from retail stores to restaurants and entertainment venues.
