Ennis, Texas is a small city located in Ellis County, about 40 miles south of Dallas. It is known as the "Official Bluebonnet City of Texas" due to its abundance of wildflowers that bloom each spring. The city has a population of around 19,000 people and is home to several historic sites, including the Ennis Railroad and Cultural Heritage Museum.
The downtown area of Ennis is full of charming shops and restaurants, as well as a variety of historical buildings. The town square features a beautiful fountain and gazebo, which are popular spots for visitors to take photos. There are also several parks in the area, including the Ennis City Park which offers playgrounds, picnic areas, walking trails and more.
