Bullard, Texas Description
Bullard, Texas is a small town located in Smith County, about 10 miles south of Tyler. It is a rural community with a population of around 2,500 people. The town was founded in 1873 and named after the Bullard family who were early settlers in the area.
The town has a quaint downtown area with several shops and restaurants. There are also several churches, including First Baptist Church of Bullard and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Bullard Independent School District serves the educational needs of the community.
