Murfreesboro, TN is a city located in the heart of Middle Tennessee, just 30 miles south of Nashville. It is the county seat of Rutherford County and has a population of over 126,000 people. Murfreesboro is known for its rich history and vibrant culture.
The city was founded in 1811 and named after Colonel Hardy Murfree, who was an early settler in the area. The city has grown significantly since then and is now home to several universities, including Middle Tennessee State University, which is the largest university in the state.
