Fairview, Tennessee is a small town located in Williamson County, just 25 miles south of Nashville. The population of Fairview is approximately 8,000 people and the town has a rural feel with rolling hills and lush green pastures.
The town was founded in 1873 and has a rich history that includes the Civil War. The downtown area is full of historic buildings, including the old post office, which dates back to 1885. There are also several churches in the area, including Fairview United Methodist Church and Fairview Baptist Church.
The town is home to several parks and recreational areas, such as Bowie Nature Park and Liberty Park. Bowie Nature Park offers hiking trails, picnic areas, fishing ponds, and more. Liberty Park features a playground, basketball court, tennis courts, and a walking track.
Fairview also has several restaurants and shops for visitors to explore. Some popular spots include The Country Store for homemade ice cream and baked goods; The Old Mill Cafe for breakfast; and The Fairview Inn for dinner.
