Lancaster, South Carolina is a small town located in the northern part of the state, about 40 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina. It is situated in the heart of the Piedmont region and is surrounded by rolling hills and lush forests. The town has a population of around 8,000 people and is known for its historic downtown area, which features many old buildings that have been preserved from the 19th century.
