Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania is a small town located in the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania. It is situated in Monroe County and is part of the Scranton–Wilkes-Barre–Hazleton Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population of Tobyhanna was 6,188 as of the 2010 census.

Tobyhanna is known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities.
