Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania is a small city located in Beaver County, about 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. It is situated along the banks of the Beaver River and is home to approximately 8,000 people.
The city was founded in 1802 by William B. Foster and was originally known as Bridgewater. It was later renamed Beaver Falls in 1868 after the nearby falls on the Beaver River. The city has a rich history and was once an important industrial center for steel production and manufacturing.
Today, Beaver Falls is a vibrant community with plenty of attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy. The downtown area features several historic buildings, including the Carnegie Free Library, which was built in 1902 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
