Roseburg, Oregon is a small city located in the Umpqua Valley of southwestern Oregon. It is situated on the banks of the North Umpqua River, and is surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills. Roseburg has a population of approximately 22,000 people and is the county seat of Douglas County.
