East Fishkill is a town located in Dutchess County, New York, United States. It is situated in the Hudson Valley region of the state and is part of the Poughkeepsie–Newburgh–Middletown Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was estimated to be 28,906 in 2019.

East Fishkill is a rural community with a mix of suburban and rural lifestyles. The town has several small villages and hamlets, including Hopewell Junction, Stormville, Wiccopee, and East Fishkill. The town also includes two large parks: Bowdoin Park and Wilcox Park.

East Fishkill is served by two school districts: Wappingers Central School District and Arlington Central School District. Both districts have elementary schools located within East Fishkill as well as middle schools and high schools located outside of the town limits but still within Dutchess County.
