Sparks, Nevada is a city located in the northwestern part of the state, just east of Reno. It is the fifth largest city in Nevada with a population of over 100,000 people. The city was founded in 1904 and has grown to become an important part of the Reno-Sparks metropolitan area.
The city is known for its vibrant downtown area, which features a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. There are also several parks and recreational areas throughout the city, including Sparks Marina Park and Victorian Square.
