West Fargo, North Dakota is a city located in Cass County, North Dakota. It is the sixth largest city in the state and is part of the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area. West Fargo was founded in 1926 and has grown to become a vibrant community with a population of over 33,000 people.
The city of West Fargo offers many amenities for its residents including parks, trails, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The Red River Zoo is located in West Fargo and features over 200 species of animals from around the world. The West Acres Shopping Center is one of the largest malls in North Dakota and features over 100 stores and restaurants. There are also several golf courses located within the city limits.
West Fargo has a strong economy with many businesses located within its borders. The city is home to several large employers such as Microsoft, Sanford Health, Bobcat Company, and Scheels All Sports.
