Pfafftown is a small town located in Forsyth County, North Carolina. It is situated just north of Winston-Salem and is part of the Piedmont Triad metropolitan area. The population of Pfafftown was estimated to be 4,919 in 2019.
The town was founded in 1790 by German immigrants who named it after their leader, John Jacob Pfaff. The town has a rich history and many historic buildings still stand today.
