Graham, North Carolina is a small town located in Alamance County. It is situated in the heart of the Piedmont Triad region, just south of Burlington and north of Greensboro. The population of Graham is approximately 14,000 people.
The town was founded in 1849 and named after General Joseph Graham, a Revolutionary War hero from North Carolina. The town has a rich history that includes being the site of several Civil War battles and skirmishes.
