Ocean City, Maryland is a popular beach resort town located on the Atlantic Ocean in Worcester County. It is known for its wide sandy beaches, boardwalk, and amusement parks. The town has a population of about 7,000 people and covers an area of 10.1 square miles.

The boardwalk is the main attraction in Ocean City and stretches for three miles along the beachfront. It features a variety of shops, restaurants, arcades, and other attractions such as miniature golf courses and go-karts. The boardwalk also hosts several festivals throughout the year including Sunfest in May and the White Marlin Open fishing tournament in August.
