Greenwood, Indiana is a city located in the center of Johnson County, just south of Indianapolis. It is a vibrant and growing community with a population of over 55,000 people. The city is known for its excellent schools, parks, and recreational opportunities.
Greenwood has a rich history that dates back to the early 1800s when it was first settled by Quakers from North Carolina. The city was officially incorporated in 1864 and has since grown into a thriving community.
The downtown area of Greenwood is filled with unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. There are also several historic sites to explore such as the Old Town Hall Museum and the Greenwood Public Library.
