Schaumburg, IL is a village located in Cook and DuPage counties in the state of Illinois. It is a northwestern suburb of Chicago and is part of the Golden Corridor. The village has a population of approximately 74,000 people and covers an area of 19.5 square miles.
Schaumburg is known for its vibrant downtown area, which features a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The Woodfield Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States and is located in Schaumburg. The village also has several parks and recreational areas, including Busse Woods Forest Preserve, Spring Valley Nature Center, and Bock Park.
