Warrington is a small town located in Escambia County, Florida. It is situated on the western edge of Pensacola Bay, just south of Pensacola. The town has a population of approximately 4,000 people and covers an area of about 2.5 square miles.

The town was founded in 1821 and named after Warrington, England. It was originally a farming community but has since become a popular tourist destination due to its proximity to Pensacola Beach and other attractions in the area.

The town is home to several parks and recreational areas including Warrington Park, which features a playground, picnic areas, walking trails, and a fishing pier. There are also several public schools in the area including Warrington Elementary School and Warrington Middle School.

The town is also home to several churches including First Baptist Church of Warrington and St. Mary's Catholic Church. There are also several restaurants and shops located throughout the town as well as a few small businesses such as auto repair shops and convenience stores.

Warrington is known for its annual Fourth of July celebration which includes fireworks displays over the bay as well as live music performances from local bands. The town also hosts an annual Christmas parade each December that features floats from local businesses and organizations as well as marching bands from nearby schools.
