Summerfield, FL, USA is a small town located in Marion County, Florida. It is situated about 20 miles south of Ocala and is part of the Ocala Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population of Summerfield was estimated to be around 10,000 in 2020.
The town has a rural feel with plenty of open space and natural beauty. The area is known for its rolling hills and lush green pastures. There are several lakes in the area including Lake Weir, Lake Oklawaha, and Lake Griffin. These lakes provide excellent fishing opportunities as well as recreational activities such as boating and swimming.
