Plantation, Florida is a city located in Broward County, just west of Fort Lauderdale. It is a vibrant and diverse community with a population of around 90,000 people. Plantation is known for its lush tropical landscape and its many parks and recreational areas. The city has a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues to explore.
The city is home to several major employers such as American Express, Motorola Solutions, and the University of Phoenix. Plantation also has an active nightlife scene with bars, clubs, and live music venues. There are also plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy such as golfing at one of the many courses in the area or taking a stroll through the nearby Everglades National Park.
