Odessa, FL is a small town located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. It is situated on the northern edge of Hillsborough County and is part of the greater Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area. The town has a population of approximately 4,000 people and covers an area of just over 5 square miles.
The town was founded in 1882 by settlers from Odessa, Ukraine who were looking for a place to settle and start a new life. The town was named after their hometown in Ukraine and has since grown into a thriving community with many amenities for its residents.
