Holly Hill, Florida Description
Holly Hill is a small city located in Volusia County, Florida, United States. It is situated on the Halifax River and is part of the Daytona Beach metropolitan area. The population was 11,659 at the 2010 census.
Holly Hill is known for its quaint downtown area with many historic buildings and homes. The city has a variety of parks and recreational facilities, including a skate park, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a swimming pool. There are also several restaurants and shops in the downtown area.
The city is home to several festivals throughout the year, including the Holly Hill Arts Festival in April and the Holly Hill Seafood Festival in October. The city also hosts an annual Christmas parade each December.
Holly Hill is served by two public schools: Holly Hill Elementary School and Holly Hill Middle School. There are also several private schools in the area, including Stetson University College of Law and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Daytona Beach campus.
