Hobe Sound is a small, unincorporated community located in Martin County, Florida. It is situated on the Atlantic Coast of Florida, just north of Jupiter Island and south of Stuart. The town is known for its beautiful beaches, lush tropical vegetation, and laid-back atmosphere.
The area has a rich history that dates back to the early 1800s when it was inhabited by the Ais Indians. In 1838, the U.S. government purchased the land from the Ais Indians and it was later developed into a small fishing village. Today, Hobe Sound is home to a variety of businesses and attractions including restaurants, shops, galleries, and museums.
Hobe Sound's beaches are some of the most beautiful in Florida with white sand and crystal clear waters. There are several public beach access points along A1A that provide easy access to these stunning beaches.
