Fort Walton Beach is a city located in the Florida Panhandle, on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a popular tourist destination, known for its white sand beaches and emerald green waters. The city has a population of around 20,000 people and is part of Okaloosa County.
The city is home to many attractions, including the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, which features dolphins, sea lions, sharks and other marine life. There are also several museums in the area, such as the Indian Temple Mound Museum and Heritage Park & Cultural Center.
