Westminster, Colorado is a city located in the north-central part of the state, just northwest of Denver. It is part of the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood Metropolitan Statistical Area and has a population of over 106,000 people. The city was founded in 1911 and has grown to become one of the most desirable places to live in the Denver area.
The city is known for its beautiful parks and trails, which offer plenty of outdoor activities for residents and visitors alike. Westminster boasts over 1,400 acres of open space with more than 50 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The city also has several golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, and other recreational facilities.
