Severance is a small town located in Weld County, Colorado. It is situated just north of Greeley and about an hour drive from Denver. The town was founded in 1906 and has a population of around 2,000 people.

The town is known for its rural charm and friendly atmosphere. It has a quaint downtown area with several shops and restaurants, as well as a few parks and trails for outdoor activities. The town also has a library, post office, fire station, and police department.
