Upland, California is a city located in San Bernardino County, California. It is situated at the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains and is part of the Greater Los Angeles Area. The city has a population of over 73,000 people and covers an area of about 27 square miles.
Upland is known for its beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. The city has several parks, including Euclid Park, Upland Hills Park, and Memorial Park. There are also several golf courses in the area, such as Upland Hills Country Club and Mountain Meadows Golf Course.
The downtown area of Upland features a variety of shops and restaurants. There are also several art galleries and museums in the area, such as the Museum of History & Art and the Upland Historical Society Museum. The city also hosts several annual events such as the Upland Lemon Festival and the Upland Music Festival.
Upland is served by two major freeways: Interstate 10 and State Route 210. The Ontario International Airport is located just minutes away from downtown Upland. Public transportation is provided by Omnitrans buses which run throughout the city.
Upland has a warm Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. Average temperatures range from highs in the mid-80s during summer months to lows in the mid-50s during winter months.
