Santa Monica, California is a beachfront city located in the western part of Los Angeles County. It is bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west, Venice to the south, Brentwood to the east, and West Los Angeles to the north. Santa Monica is known for its beautiful beaches, iconic pier, and vibrant downtown area.
The city has a population of over 92,000 people and is home to many popular attractions such as the Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, and Santa Monica State Beach. The pier is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its amusement park rides, restaurants, shops, and street performers. The Third Street Promenade is an outdoor shopping mall with over 200 stores and restaurants. Santa Monica State Beach offers 3 miles of sandy beachfront with volleyball courts and bike paths.
Santa Monica also has a thriving arts scene with numerous galleries, theaters, museums, and performance venues.
