Discovery Bay, California Description

Discovery Bay is a small, unincorporated community located in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. It is situated on the eastern shore of the bay, about 25 miles northeast of Oakland and 40 miles east of San Francisco. The town has a population of around 15,000 people and covers an area of approximately 8 square miles.

The town is known for its beautiful views of the bay and its many outdoor activities. There are several marinas in Discovery Bay that offer boat rentals, fishing charters, and other water sports activities. The town also has several parks and trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
