Clearlake, California is a small city located in Lake County, California. It is situated on the shores of Clear Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake in California. The city has a population of approximately 15,000 people and covers an area of 8.3 square miles.
Clearlake is known for its beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. The lake provides excellent fishing opportunities for bass, catfish, crappie, and bluegill. There are also several marinas and boat launches around the lake for visitors to enjoy boating and water sports.
