Tolleson, Arizona is a small city located in Maricopa County, just west of Phoenix. It is part of the Phoenix metropolitan area and has a population of 6,500 people. The city was founded in 1912 and named after its founder, James Tolleson.
Tolleson is known for its agricultural industry and is home to many farms and ranches. The city also has a strong industrial base with several large companies located in the area. The city is home to the University of Phoenix Stadium, which hosts NFL games and other events.
