Clothes washer<\/strong> – Clean water inlet filters; check hoses and replace if leaking.<\/p>\n

Clothes dryer<\/strong> – Vacuum lint from ducts and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

Refrigerator<\/strong> – Clean drain hole and pan (more often in warm weather); wash door gasket; vacuum condenser coils.<\/p>\n

Wiring<\/strong> – Check for frayed cords and wires; check exposed wiring in basements, and repair if necessary.<\/p>\n
