West Palm Beach Gets Unwavering Mortgage Support
Posted March 3, 2010 by Matthew Denton
Thousands receive needed help

Thanks to the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), Palm Beach County is challenging the government to speed up its mortgage modification support to troubled homeowners with their “Save the Dream Tour” stop in the county.
NACA boasts of its armada of mortgage experts ready to solve specific problems from under the water homeowners. In its website, the non-profit group lists credit resolution as one of its solutions. It states, “The Mortgage Consultant will work with you to resolve any credit issues. This may involve correcting mistakes made by the credit bureaus and reporting companies. The Mortgage Consultant also addresses payment history problems and can assist you in developing and implementing a plan to re-establish and improve your credit. For some Members, this may take a period of time.”
The Palm Beach Post reports, “…loan modifications will be handled in fast-food fashion: open 24 hours, same-day service.” I couldn’t imagine before how the “fast food” consultancy goes on everyday until I watched this documentary:
Cutting interest rates from the same loan and same lender sounds good to these guys who have been caught by the property market bust. Some have reduced their 9.3 percent to 3.5 percent. Now that’s a sure way to get rid of their mortgage headaches.
The more counseling and successful mortgage modification is made, the better real estate market we can make. These debt challenges can be overcome. It’s all possible.
