The Virginia Discovery Museum is a great location to take kids to learn, play, and have fun! It is open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 1pm-5pm. Admission is just $4 per person for anyone over 1 year old, additionally two hours of free parking are provided with museum validation.
