Massapequa Schools
Posted March 18, 2009 by Carol Abruzzese
If you’re thinking about moving from the city to the suburbs, Massapequa is the place to consider. There are five elementary schools, East Lake, J.P McKenna, Fairfield, Birch Lane & Unqua Elementary. All of these elementary schools meet up in Junior High. Berner Middle school goes from seventh grade to eighth grade. Then the young adults move onto the High School Annex,. This school is for one year only. Following Ames Annex they move up to Massapequa High School. From there the students enroll in Colleges all over the world. If funds are tight there are 2 Community Colleges nearby. Farmingdale & Nassau Community.
