‘Keep Austin Weird’ has always been the local slogan of this great Texan city. A place where people like to have a good time, Austin is hip, youthful, electric and most of all, fun! Austin is huge on the performing arts. One can find everything from Community Performance Nights to the traveling theatrical arts performing at almost any given time of the year.
Yes, Austin is brilliant in that you can visit at any time of the year and never have to worry much about the weather. Such as the Linden B Johnson Library’s exhibits like the one about the Beat Generation from the early 10940’s to the late 1960’s. Not only is Austin a great place to see the arts but one can learn about their history as well.
