A trip to Los Angeles must include a stop at Griffith Park.  In a busy city, this parks stands out as an oasis of nature, wilderness, and beauty. It has several attractions including the Griffith Observatory, the L.A. Zoo, and the Greek theater. The park also has several hiking trails and offers bicycle rentals.

Many people come to the park for the breathtaking views of the city below. On the average weekend, people of all ages can be found enjoying the park and all it has to offer. The best time to go is early spring and late fall when the weather is still nice, and the park is less crowded.
