Forest Park and Zoo

Posted October 20, 2008 by Ima Local

Forest Park and zoo is located in Springfield MA. It is not a very large zoo, but has tons of animals. Also, outside the zoo is a nice size play ground for the kids to play with a bench and park area to enjoy your lunch. There are many types of animals at this zoo ranging from every day house hold pets to exotic animals. The monkeys, I’ve been told seems to be the most attractive to children b/c they will sometimes immitate the childrens’ movements. So While you’re planning a fun day at the zoo with the animals, don’t forget to pack a nice picnic lunch to have outside while the kids are free to play on the play ground! Enjoy!
