Family Aquatic Center

The East Lansing Family Aquatic Center is located on Abbot Road in East Lansing, MI. It’s a great place for a quick dip in the water to cool off a hot summer’s day or for a full day’s worth of water activities. When your kids beg you for a pool or to go in the sprinkler, why not go check out this family oriented facility. They offer some great pools and slides for all ages. Their two largest slides are 140 and 190 feet each and are great places for the “older” kids or the child in you! One of the best area features is the walk-in pool. It’s designed to look similar to a beach entrance and has these large child-inspired sculptures that the kids will just love. There is also a large frog sculpted mini-slide for the young ones. The center has an area for sunbathing should your kids be old enough to swim on their own and you need a little relaxation as well. It’s a safe place as life guards are on duty so there’s no need to worry and there is also a concession stand for mid-day snacks or a full lunch! When the little ones are too wet that they look like prunes, you can scoop them up and head over to the sandbox area for some sandy play time.
