Children’s Discovery Museum
Posted October 20, 2008 by Ima Local
Simply listing the exhibits available will give you an idea of what this great children’s museum has to offer. “Discover my World” is the first exhibit upon entering. It’s all about the child and what is contained within his world. The Clock Tower is the center of the museum and teaches children all about different kinds of clocks and about how to tell time. “My Place” is an area where a child can create his own bedroom, his own house, his own town, the possibilities are endless. “Train Express” is a model train exhibit with an opportunity for the child to make their own train as well look at others. “One and Only Me”, “Inside Me”, and “Kids Medical Center” are all exhibits about the human body, from a small person’s perspective. “Main Street Market” and “Nutrition Cafe” are popular exhibits, along with “Sugar Creek Water Park” and “Toddler Backyard”. “Agmazing, Oh Rubbish!” , and “Imagine Air” are all science-oriented exhibits. To fill out the day, there is also “Lucky Climber”, “Paint Wall”, and “Ball Machine”.
Can’t see it all in a day!
