Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History

There are a lot of Brazos Valley fossils in this museum. It is an education experience for the whole family. It has a variety of activities for children. The kids will love the interactive tour with the turtles, snakes and lizards. There are two permanent exhibits, Ice Age Mammals of the Brazos Valley and Cotton Farming in the Brazos Valley. The Discovery Room has more than twenty species of live animals. It also has an active glass-front beehive. The museum hosts tours, lectures and classes.
