Atmore, AL - peaceful town in the south
Posted July 15, 2008 by Town Genius
Country simplicity or high rolling, anyone can find what they enjoy in Atmore, AL.
Atmore is a quaint town where farming is still appreciated, and many families come here to camp at the Magnolia Branch Wildlife Reserve. It includes all the attractions for a summer vacation. It also has the Creek Casino, which is growing everyday. It is now in the process of building a huge hotel for the casino visitors, so they can stay as long as they want and not have to travel far.
Atmore is also close to the Florida state line where you can go to Orange Beach, if camping at the creek is not your style. Along the way are outlet malls and restaurants to please any appetite. The people are friendly and very hospitable. People love Atmore for its peacaful atmosphere. It is small enough for someone to relax, and big enough for anyone to find a good time, whatever your interests might be.
